After making an appointment to get my haircut by Adele and getting a notice 15 minutes till my appointment, I arrived at the store 45 minutes prior. I logged in and on the board it showed me being on deck. I then noticed my appointment changed from Adele to first available. I watched Adele clean her area and walk around the store. The after 15 minutes I asked what was going on and the girl up front told me Adele was leaving at 6pm. She wasted 30 minutes and the girl at the desk asked did I still want a haircut. Duh! Of course I want a haircut. But not at sports clip ever again. This is the second time I've waited and got disappointed. Last time. Time to find another barber shop. Sport Clips has horrible service.

Every single time I need a good professional haircut I go to Sport Clips. I've been to many other places to get a haircut in Cumberland County and they didn't know what they were doing and they didn't know the first thing about giving someone a really good professional haircut. One time I went to a place inside of a Walmart called Smart Styles to get a haircut and it was one of the worst haircuts I ever had. While my hair was being cut in Smart Styles the woman who was cutting my hair had bad offensive body odor and stench and it was bad and I mean bad, To top it off she had burped and passed really loud wind in front of me and didn't even excuse herself. At the end I went up to the counter and paid for the lousy haircut and I did not leave her a dime for a tip and I left. As I was walking away from Smart Styles, this woman who had cut my hair and did a terrible job, came out of the salon and she started cursing and swearing at me with really bad explicit, obscene and profane language and she had a mouth on here like a sewer, that I didn't leave her a tip. I turned around and told her, "You shouldn't be allowed to cut anyone's hair and where did you get your haircutting license at the bottom of a Cracker Jack Box?". She kept on cursing and swearing at me and I ignored her and walked out of Walmart and I never went back to Smart Styles ever again. The reason I go to Sport Clips is because all of the staff is professional and they really know what they are doing. I always get the MVP premium package and even though it cost a little more money it is well worth it for sure because after my haircut they have a room in the back with massage chairs I can relax in and the stylist puts hot towels all over my face and it really relieves a lot of pressure and stress I have from working hard all week long. In my opinion and from my experience, Sport Clips is the best place around to give someone a really good and professional haircut at a reasonable price and their services are the best around. I highly recommend Sport Clips to anyone looking for a really good professional haircut and once you go there you will always go back again. Thank you again Sport Clips...!

Had my hair cut by Natalie back around the holidays & was thoroughly pleased overall, especially since it was my very first visit to SportClips. Didn’t wait long at all. Natalie was a delight to chat with & very knowledgeable about the type of cut I asked for, having many years experience under her belt. I called to make sure Natalie is working again today, so I’m headed there for another one of her great cuts. I recommend this location & Natalie for sure!
